I’m a regular shopper here and I love coming to this store . The staff are always friendly and helpful .It’s always an enjoyable and pleasant experience . Great products , great staff

I have never written a review for a retail store but after my experiences at the Bundall store, I need to acknowledge the amazing customer service I received. Never in all my years of retail shopping have I felt so welcome and pampered by the wonderful team at Bundall.Not only were they talented in knowing their products but bent over backwards to ensure I was looked after.Thank you Maxine and the boys (my apologies I didn't get your names) who made my year in making me feel so important and for all your help above and beyond.Anything for the kitchen; this is the only go-to place in town. I will be telling all my friends about my experience and you should all write the book on retail experiences for customers!Thank you and I am sure I will see you all again soon!PS. my drinks cart looks amazing with all the accessories!Jenni Heenan

Great shop, so many items I didn't know I needed. Prices are very good and the staff of very helpful.

Went their for the first time today.Extremely friendly staff members especially the beautiful little Japanese lady(forgot to ask for name) that helped me today she was amazing! she triple bubble wrapped my beautiful Australian themed mugs & ceramic coasters after I told her they were going to be travelling overseas as gifts for family tonight all I had to do was put them in the suitcase. Love amazing customer service

Been going here since moving to Gold Coast. Great range. Good pricing. Excellent parking lol. Served today by Ella who was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Actually one of the better shopping experiences on The Coast.

Went in here today to spend $500 on kitchen appliances, as I was excitingly browsing the nifty tools the store sells a staff member approached my gleeful friend and I to make a derogatory remark about her perception of the social economical states of our upbringings and mothers.I decided what was ethically best was to save my money for a business that doesn’t make nasty nor rude comments towards customers, I recommend you too support a kinder business if you feel that is more so in alignment with yourself.If you do decided to shop here I would recommend shopping without expression as to avoid public ridicule.
