Terry and his team were amazing. We were treated very badly by Statewide Leak Detection who up and left after 5 long months of trying to find our leak. Terry found it and fixed it within a week. Extremely grateful for Terry’s professionalism. Go Terry!!!

Gday . Had a crack in my pool and needed to locate it ,Terry and his team from cool pools came out used some interesting equipment to locate the cracked pipe. Went threw there channels and located it.Great people to deal with, came on time Thanks Terry cheers

Terry found what Able leak detection could not. My fault for not doing more research. I should have googled the Able reviews and saved my money and called Terry first.

Terry and his team were fantastic. It was great to finally get someone in to attend to the leak in our pool. Two weeks later, I can say that this problem has finally been resolved.Terry was persistent in tracking down how / where we were losing water. Further to that, they brought our water completely up to speed so that we're now ready for summer.Thanks Terry.

Our pool was leaking and turned out we had cracked pipes, so a big job. Terry was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Very knowledgeable and was always available and happy to answer any questions. Did a great job and worked through pretty awful weather to fix our issue. After a long and frustrating issue with significant pool water leakage where I was needing to top up the water and chemicals regularly, I finally decided to invest in professional advice. After researching a handful of options, I decided on CleanPools due to their advanced technology. Terry assured me that that would undertake numerous tests to ensure they locate the leak. Other companies didn't have this same technology and couldn't reassure me that the leak would be found, they also had other" added costs. Some also required me to ensure my pool was crystal clear so they could dive in. This would have cost me further money and time.Terry and Heshan left no stone unturned and it was so interesting to watch them undertake each test. They were so thorough and worked non stop for about 5 hours until they were satisfied that every check was undertaken and all leaks were found. Heshan even dived into the awful green pool without hesitation.The the culprit was a faulty hydrostatic valve along with water leaking from the waste pipe. Highly recommend Terry and his team!We had a significant leak in our pool and after ringing several places (all of whom said they couldn't get there for weeks) finally got Terry who said he would be there the next day.He assured me that he would find the leak and fix it. He came with a heap of equipment: camera, dye and diver.Terry's team fixed the leak! :)
