GemLife Bribie Island | Over 50s Lifestyle Resort

Sue and I moved in on the 18th of June and are loving our new home and surroundings. So quiet, well maintained and lots of friendly neighbours. The process from our first visit, to deciding to move here to signing the contract and moving in was seamless and made so easy by Michelle's friendly and supportive attitude. Nothing was too much trouble.Richard.

Professionally run by experienced management.Safe and secure in an excellent location.Houses have a good standard of construction and contain all creature comforts.Ideal retirement living.

This place is fantastic. And when it’s finished it’ll be better than fantastic. My parents in law have recently moved in, and they love it. Unfortunately they have to put up with construction dust and noise, but of course this is part and parcel of a brand new and wonderful place. It’s very close to shopping and dog park. Nice walks around the lake.

Awesome place for the over 50s! The kids love visiting family up there. Close to the wonderful beaches and coffee shops. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Wow, there are houses popping up all over the place, I had to have a look. Seems interesting will be great to see the finished display homes.

Dont hate it. But have lived there a year. Lots of 'regimental do this or that rules'. Shocking Home owners Committee, who think they are corporate Managers. They need to review their Corporate advertising some if it could easily be misleading. Read fine print very carefully. Give it 7 out of 10 compared to most other similar resorts.

GemLife Bribie is situated in a peaceful area and less than 1km from a shopping centre.Several months ago Lorraine and I looked at several similar resorts in the surrounding area. This resort impressed us from the moment we stepped through the office door. We were welcomed and offered a cuppa by the friendly staff. It did not take long for us to decide this was the place for us.During the next few months our dealings were mainly with the friendly Sales Consultant Michelle who performs her duties in a proficient and professional manner.We have only been in this well maintained resort for 2 weeks and have found the residents to be very welcoming and good for a chat.Resort living may not be everyone's cup of tea. While the villas are roomy the outside area is small. If you are considering a resort think carefully before you make the move. If you are coming from a suburban block or a small acreage block, like we did, you might find it takes a while to adjust to the change.We do not regret the move and can recommend GemLife Bribie.

LOVELY area and lots to see in the community. Nice facilities but if u like gardening not enough scope for that. No area to have a cuppa at front of houses n not enough room between homes, even if u pay extra only an extra 3 feet. But depends what u want and need.

Lived there and left, not for everyone living in a communal rule based environment. Too many rules, and a HOA committee that is not for the residents. My personal view, others love it, be sure you are aware of the restrictions you will have and it is a totally governed way to live and not for all. Good amenities but what will you use daily. We tried it and so believe after two years I am qualified to give this review. Loved our villa.
