No pushy salespeople just a good team that wanted to make the process smooth and easy.

Avoid like COVID 19. Shady business model. They keep sending you to their dealers and the dealers keep asking you to go to Autopact. It would be better if you just took a couple of thousand dollars and burnt them because that way you won't be adding them to your lease.I got the best possible cover when I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander from Bathurst Motor Group. A few months later the air-conditioning developed problems. I tried to get it covered under Autopact and found out that this part was not covered.A few months later my transmission started making a funny noise and again these guys refused to honour the agreement. They said it was because I had got a few services from the Mitsubishi dealer when I moved towns. I had been informed this was not a problem by the Bathurst Motor Group and had been getting services from covered dealers ever since. If I was not covered why had they asked me to keep getting service from their dealers.
