Ive been going to see George for soooo long, actually since he first started at Moda. My daughter and son now go there too. George and the staff are always in tune with the latest styles and always know what to do. Their advice on hair and hair products is priceless. You'll get the cut and style you want when you go there and you will feel like a million dollars walking out of that salon!

Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advanced for 2 people. They called 4 hours before my appointment to let me know the appointment was canceled because the hairdresser had to care for her baby. I wondered if at least one of us could still go, since we booked an emerging stylist and a senior stylist. She advised both appointments were canceled since they moved some appointments to the senior stylist, hoping both of us could come another day. I found that very disrespectful. You wonder how businesses don’t have back ups to step in as casual for the afternoon. Very unprofessional business. I do not recommend this unreliable service to anybody!

I tried Moda hair for the first time, having my greys covered, cut and blow dry.I was so impressed with Kayla and George, the service was amazing, the expertise, skill and craftsmanship was outstanding!So much so I have booked in two more appointments, and taking my daughter to Moda hair as well!

I visited this place for the first time last night. I was not overly impressed- I don't think they have much experience with curly hair. The service was efficient and fast. However, the conditioning was a bit lazy, there was no head massage or care taken when at the basin. Having thick curly hair, hairdressers have always combed my hair out at the basin with conditioner in, but the hair dresser twice tried to pull a brush through it with no product in. I said that's not how it is usually done, she said she would do it when dry, which again is a big no for curly hair. The colour is ok, but again I advised I wanted honey and biscuit tones and it is standard ash blonde. I think more care needs to be taken to listen to the client. The apprentice also kept trying to upsell me on a hair treatment etc, after saying no once she persisted. Prices also more expensive than listed on their website.

Real connections are made when you spend up to 6 hours a visit with a phenomenal hairdresser, with the absolute patience of the saint, who goes above and beyond to ensure he does everything he can to perfect your colour visit after visit. Can not recommend George #HairJesus and his warm, friendly and experienced team highly enough. Great ambiance and all around awesome experience.
