I have been using their service for many years now and it has been consistently excellent. Craig is a fantastic optometrist who really takes the time to make you comfortable whilst running thorough tests.Selecting frames was fun as there are a wide range to choose, an importantly, great choices for those within my health fund allocation.The rest of the team are always very friendly and helpful, and I always leave the store smiling, and with a clearer view of the world.

I had a very professional eye test and discussion with Michelle prior to going in for cataract surgery. She did not pressure me to buy glasses then and there, but gave me a thorough understanding of my eye health and options going forward. A pleasure to deal with.

The staff at Optical Co are not only fabulous professionals but also really nice people. The whole process of getting my eyes tested and discussing some very confronting issues with regards to my eye health was a positive and reassuring experience. My whole family has attended this practice for 10 years and has always has excellent customer service and satisfaction. In particular Craig and Lisbeth always treat us like family. Lisbeth has been picking out frames for myself and my daughter that always complement the shape of our faces and colouring. Craig always has a care for other health concerns that can affect my vision and works with me to always get the best vision possible.I have worn glasses for over 40 years, and have never received better care or service than at The Optical Co St Ives. I highly recommend them to anyone with vision needs.
