Took my Macbook in for a battery problem. I was delighted when told this is a warranty claim, even after over 2 years of use. Keyboard, touchpad and battery where replaced at no cost to me. Job done within the promised time! Braiden, Garreth and Anthony are friendly and helpful - altogether a pleasant service experience. Highly recommended.

Wanted a keyboard repair. Due to Covid, delay of at least 3-5 days for parts. Offered to bring the computer in when the part arrived, but was told I had to leave it with them, because Policy". Taking business elsewhere."

I would give more stars if I could. I am an older, less savvy client than most of the people who use this service at UQ I guess. After dropping my phone in the pool I had to buy a new one quickly. I was thrilled with the help given to me by Brayson. He was knowledgable and helpful and set it all up for me. I am not going anywhere else after this service!

Had a randomly shut down issue for my MacBook, sent in and asked to pay $130 as diagnostic fee and turned out saying is “logic board” issue (969$ to fix). Later on, I took it to Apple Brisbane (in the city) they found is just battery issue and my model is eligible for the battery exchange program, changed it for me for free.
