Never come here for Chemical straighten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the main lady who was ordering everyone around had a disgusting attitude. They charged $500 for long hair but only did the roots of my hair. I had scratches around my ears and neck from her washing my hair. It was the worst job I've ever had, my hair turned out very static, bottom still curly for obvious reasons. Very upset with the results. I have had my hair done in the past and this was the worst result yet. Not to mention the experience, the rudeness!!!! and it was very very rushed. Never go here trust me.

Horrible time here! Left hair dye in my ear didnt properly clean it or even wash out the hair dye properly. My hair was rushed and they were more interested talking to each other than focusing on interacting with clients

I felt pretty welcomed by this hair stylist. She first identified on my hair and then ask me several questions how should I like my hair to be trimmed in such ways. I also like when she provide the information of their products (such as anti-frizz for example) after I've asked what are the good recommendations. It's one of the classic marketing strategy from experts to how consumers should know about how and when to use it.

Had my hair chemical straightened for $350 and they told me it will last for four months but after just one wash the hair became crinkled and went back to its original form, I even bought and used the shampoo, moisturiser and conditioner that they advised would keep my hair straightened for a LONG time, overall disappointed in this service. Additionally, the staff was also condescending, I noticed that they were making strange faces during the hair appointment.

I have been going to this place to get keratin treatment for a while now…the place is not so great itself but prices were reasonable so I’d go to them. This time I had the worst experience the girl who was blow drying my hair was constantly scratching my neck with her nails and despite telling her to be gentle she ignored me and was after me to buy their shampoo and conditioner. They literally were pressurising me to get shampoo and conditioner from them and making strange faces that why I’m not buying it.They have also increased their rates significantly yet there is no improvement in customer service.I’m willing to pay more than go to this strange place again where I’m constantly harassed to buy something.

Ozlem is the only hairdresser I trust with my hair, she is so talented at what she does and is always so lovely. Can’t recommend her enough

Walked in for a haircut and was attended to by a wonderful lady Ozlem who I would say is a valued asset to the business with her excellent customer service, skill and passion. She styled my hair methodically and explained well the style and how I will later on maintain it. Her passion with her craft is demonstrated by her energy, and how she handled my hair with care and precision. I will certainly go back.

First time coming to this hair salon. Previously I’ve taken my daughter (5yrs old) to other salons, she usually gets a cut and blow dry which costs $35 or $40, and the results were amazing! These guys took $95, they didn’t use a lot of product nor anything fancy, the blow dry took less the 10 minutes and was normal, as was the service, so I cannot justify the $95..!!??Absolutely pathetic. Not satisfied as her hair became frizzy not long after, I do not recommend nor will I be using their services again.!

I have been going here for 4 yrs and have never had a bad experience. The staff are so lovely and I had Ozlem the last 2 times and she listens to what you want and shows you through each step to make sure you are happy. I normally get my hair cut washed blow dried styled and coured at a great reasonable price and always walk out happy. Never will I go anywhere else.
