This pharmacy is great! The pharmacist, Adrian, goes above and beyond and really truly cares about his customers. Even when it’s busy he still takes time to really listen to you and to offer good advice. During a horror heatwave when the power went out on West Street last summer, he personally delivered medicine for my baby son to our home because it needed to be refrigerated. Don’t reckon you’d find many pharmacists who’d do that. The rewards program is great, I always have some spare cash to claim back on my Amcal card when I most need it. Good range too. Five stars from me!

Clean & staff are friendly and polite however cost of prescription medications are highly inflated compared to another local independent pharmacy. Same brand items however Amcal sell them up to 2.5x the price of my other pharmacy. These are private prescription so no PBS rebates & same brand at both pharmacies.

I really should have posted this review years ago - the staff here are absolutely fantastic, the customer service here is of the highest standards whether in store or over the phone, they go above and beyond for everyone. They go out of their way to make a connection, to remember names, it's just such a friendly place and I couldn't possibly recommend a better chemist! Best team, best chemist!

Appalling service! My mum has been a customer for 40 years and you continually fail to provide support on all facets of pharmacy care. What a shame there isn't a closer chemist for her. Not impressed. Fortunate for a wonderful GP to assist her with her medications and prescriptions. This pharmacy has lost all care and responsibility. Mr Smith would be unimpressed!.

Got my Flu Vaccination today, and while waiting my 15 min after the injection, you can just tell this business enjoys and takes pride in serving the community it's in. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. They really seems to care about the people that walk in.

I had a script for medication from Nelson’s Pharmacy it cost me $26. Another Amcal chemist the same script cost me $13.99. Nelson’s are price gauging the community. They offered an apology but no refund. Do not use this chemist.
