Pilates Connect
Marissa runs an awesome class with a variety of exercises. She creates a really friendly atmosphere and ensures personal coaching so that you are getting the most out of your exercises. This meant I walked away feeling worked, but relaxed. Thanks so much.

Pilates Connect is AWESOME! Marissa is a wonderful instructor with so much knowledge and experience. I was made to feel so welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the class. Would definitely recommend!
