Since the business changed hands in about 2017/18 I have not experienced the same service or the reasonable quotes we had in 2015 so I have not purchased from this business recently.In 2015 it was Wayne who went above and beyond installing all the items I ordered from Craftsmen Fencing. He was kind, helpful and tidied up after himself. Good old fashioned service.THANK YOU. MUCH APPRECIATED. This local family business did not fail me. They were not the cheapest but they were so lovely on the phone and explained in person why each cost was necessary then did such a good job so I remain happy and proud to see all my gates and bin enclosures brand new looking today, even after 5 years sun & rain. From Trevor who did the quote and deciphered what I wanted who then drew it for Dan to give a quote to Faye in the office who kept everyone informed - I felt like a valued customer not just an invoice!

Really happy with the custom gate we had designed, manufactured and installed by Craftsman Fencing. Dan worked with us right from the start to understand what we were wanting to achieve through to selecting the most appropriate colour and design to match what we already had in our backyard. Craftsman Fencing recently provided a quote (prompt) and installed new aluminium slat fencing and matching side gate with infill over our retaining wall. Hayden and Nicola were terrific to deal with and accommodated an earlier installation date to tie with other completed works. Very impressed with our new fencing and side gate. Would highly recommend Craftsman Fencing.
