Super nail care and spa

All the staff here are so talentedI had my nails done by Ben for my wedding and I’ve never been happier. Great service

Definitely do not recommend visiting Super Nail Care and Spa in Cowes Phillip Island. We waited an hour after we'd been directed to a chair, despite asking upon entry if we should return a little later. When they finally started my pedicure it was so ineffective and lacklustre that I ended up asking to finish up early after the polish removal and pumice rub. It had taken so long and was so unimpressive that I didn't want to stay in the salon any longer. My daughter was waiting over an hour for a manicure, during which time the nail girl removed the polish from two nails and then left - not to return. We gave up waiting in the end.The Manager kept taking more customers - till all empty nail and pedi spots were full, despite the fact that there was people waiting over an hour to even be started. Furthermore, the cash only situation is illegal and unethical.Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.

Loved my experience, pedicure spa and adage was fantastic, my manicure and sns nails are beautiful!

Extremely busy and they fit me in. However was left waiting sitting in the chair for 1 hour unattended. Yet you can’t book? Chairs uncomfortable and a lack on sns color choice. Workers kids running around yelling also doesn’t make for a relaxing environment. Cash only also not appropriate in 2023.

All staff members are so lovely, & nails are always great quality. As a local, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The costumer service was horrible and the owner was hostile towards us, we suspect its because we are muslim. The quality is average, the environment was very unsettling and bothersome. 0/10 costumer service. He even denied service and LIED about closing time to kick us out. Saying we are too late? When it was 5:30. casual racism. And surprisingly he let 2 other costumer come after us. Was also denying to provide a female worker, although he happily met other people's needs.reply: (We NEVER tried to Book"and we said we dont need manicures only pedicures so you DID have staff

I came by after work and was glad I did! This is probably the best SnS I have ever received! The staff are wonderful, super friendly (especially Ben)! I really appreciated the effort that was put into my nails, they took their time and looked after me. Even though it was getting late, I didn’t feel rushed to leave. I’m really happy with my nails, they’re so cute! Definitely going back!!

Had sns nails done 4 day’s ago .Nails are chipping and cracking already,Won’t go back when holidaying again.
