Great experience, the staff do what they say, when they say it will be done, nice neat job, also the window of approx half an hour for the appointments was very well received, as apposed to others who give you a before 12 or after 12 approximation.

Having looked at different suppliers for a front door, we were so impressed with the knowledge, customer service and price offered from The Door Factory, Erina. The final installation was also impressive. Very happy definitely recommend.

We bought our double front doors from The Door Factory in December 2018, by the end of 2019 they were falling apart. After calling The Door Factory they didn't want anything to do with it and passed us off to their suppliers Crown Doors. Crown Doors passed us back to The Door Factory saying it was not their problem. So after being passed back and forth and 10 months later we are no further along with our problem. The Door Factory will not take responsibility for any faults and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired being short and rude and will do anything to pass the buck. Their supplier Crown Doors are no better with their attituded and buy sub standard products from China. I advise anyone who is thinking of buying from the Door Factory or Crown Doors to think twice as it's really not worth the stress as you won't get any success with customer service once your doors fall apart. I didn't even want to give them one star as they don't even deserve that. Our next step is going to be Fair Trading.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. An incredibly unprofessional company. Ordered a finished door and screen door and was told it will take 3 weeks for installation taking into consideration the impact that covid 19 has had on their company. Two and a half MONTHS later and still no installation date in sight nor any update as to where they were at with the process. Only after an email stating how unhappy I was with the service did they book my installation in for another 2 weeks later. When the installation day finally arrived they installed an unsanded unfinished timber door AND installed the screen door wonky. After emailing the company to explain that we were unhappy with the service, the office staff we’re incredibly rude and hostile and in no way willing to accept any fault in the situation. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever had dealings with. Incredibly disappointed with the product and service I received. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Would not recommend this company as had issues with proper installation of sliding doors and dispute over agreed quote. Ensure you get a written and signed quote before paying deposit. An expensive lesson learnt for next time.

This local company was excellent replacing our old front door which was heavily dated ! . The carpentry was excellent, and the door replacement was done in a timely matter.It’s a family owned business and I love supporting local

This is my first ever one star review, we have just entered our 4th week with a back door that doesn't lock/close due to a faulty lock mechanism and have been told someone might" be available in two weeks
