I don't normally write reviews but people must know. I called Swann in regards to getting my tax done and had a lovely well informed conversation with a women there. She told me she would get back to me about an appointment. After waiting afew days to hear back I get no call so I call again, she was busy and was told I would get a call back. Still didn't receive a call so I called back again and STILL NO CALL BACK. I understand we all are busy but it you dont wanna do just tell me. They would be getting one star but like I said it was a well informed pleasant conversation.
