The staff here are so lazy. One guy that works afternoons regularly - he has dark hair and always playing rap music really loudly in his pocket. Every time I walk into this store and he is working he seems to run away... not just from me but from all customers he seems to avoid working and gets annoyed when he is asked to help the other cashiers. I ordered a coffee once and he rolled his eyes cuz he was asked to help by the other guy that was working - he was so slow and I think he was doing it on purpose so he could avoid working.

Go to BP all the time and always grab the $6 deal.. with this Bp, it was a bit difficult for the cashier to accept chai latte for a coffee? We ended up changing the order to a mocha .. it’s 6pm.. not ideal to drink coffee at night ! With the banana bread .. I got him to toast it and usually it is buttered, when we asked to butter it, he said we don’t do that here :( not coming back!

STAFF MEMBER DEFINITELY SHOULDNT BE ROSTER ON IN THE MORNING, WORST ATTITUDE. IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE FOR HER PUT A SMILE ON AND SAY THANK YOU,JUST DIDNT CARE. I GO EVERY MORNING AND SHE IS THE WORST SATURDAY SHORT BROWN HAIR DIDNT GET HER NAME AS SHE WASNT WEARING A NAME BADGE.

Staff look like they hate their life. Especially at night. 13/11/22 1amAlso Struggle to open the door in a timely manner after hours, act as if they cannot see or hear people waiting outside.Besides that, very handy store.

I have got a gift card from there 3 times I had to go back there to activate them and the third one has been “activated” but not working.it hasn’t been working and it’s been 4 weeks
