I had my eyelashes extended last year with previous owner , which was a really good experience. The eyelashes were light and look nature. So, this year I went again, this time, the owner has changed. I addressed a few times that I want ‘short and nature look eyelashes’. She pretended to understand what I needed. Then it turned out heavy artificial Party look eyelashes. So I required to remove it . She was hesitated until I said I would still pay. After another 15minutes , I came out with sore teary eyes and glue remains on the eye.During the service, the new owner was not willing to know what the customer really want from her service, even though I tried to show her the previous video.Poor understanding and no intention to improve.

Got my finger nails done here today, communication was great, the girls were really helpful when it comes to colours picking as I wasn’t sure what suit me.However, it came out a beautiful result, good length, nice colour and shape. Definitely recommended, got lots of compliments from my family. I’m happy with everything and will be back next time for sure!

I've been going to Nails & Beauty for some time now & feel its time I got online to give some feedback. I cannot express enough my gratitude to the girls that work there, they all give 100% and go out of their way to give excellent customer service, their work whether its Nails, eyelashes or pedicures is of the highest standard & always consistent with the quality of their work. I am an extremely fussy so I am being very truthful with my comments. I would recommend them to everyone as I said they are very professional also very clean, all equipment used is cleaned & sterilized. Not only is their work exceptional they are also the most delightful girls I have had the pleasure to meet. Please give them a go, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Went to this place to have pedicure, the lady that did my nails is rushing to do my toe nails she never clean my nails properly never come back there again. Not very happy at all!!!

Have had my nails done here twice now. They are fabulous. I won’t be going anywhere else anymore. I get SNS. had a snapped mail and they fixed it for free as well. Truly amazing customer service.

Highly professional, friendly and clean place.I had a lot of nail technicians in the past but no one met my expectations. Ni the owner of this shop did a fantastic job. Although I am very fussy, she did an amazing job and was talkative and very experienced. I recommend this place to everyone

I use this service on a regular basis. I find the staff here very professional and friendly. Always easy to get an appointment even at the last minute and their prices are great. The salon is clean and I always enjoy the music being played. I look forward to my 3 weekly visits and find the whole experience relaxing.

I love getting my nails done here. Beautiful nails and friendly staffs. I had a Shellac pedicure and my lash extensions, they are incredibly amazing! I will come back for sure!
