Farrell & O'Neill Funerals

Farrrell & O’Neill were absolutely wonderful when my Dad passed away in February. We initially contacted another funeral company who we weren’t happy with and then approached 2 others, one being Farrell & O’Neill. Sarah Berry was so lovely and helpful. She helped my Mum and our family so much and was so understanding and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The service we received both before and after the funeral was excellent. The funeral service itself went very well and Richard Berry who officiated was also fantastic. Many people commented on how lovely the service was.. Can’t fault anything that Sarah and Richard did for us. It was like friends helping us through a difficult time. Would highly recommend them.

I want to express my graditude to a wonderful family business. From the first contact (lorraine) with this company i have had a very respectful easy going well organized funeral for my son. Farrrell & O’Neill have been absolutely wonderful with two family funerals. I cannot commend them highly enough.

I attended my cousin's funeral some years ago and the service conducted by this company was peaceful and respectful. 2 years ago my husband died so I called them. Once again the service was very well done and I can't praise them enough. They missed nothing in their care of myself, family and friends and most especially of my husband. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Our family cannot speak highly enough of beautiful Sarah who made a very sad and stressful time so much easier to cope with. From the initial phone contact I had with her, to the moment we met, Sarah's genuine kindness and empathy for what was a very difficult time for us was apparent. The service for my dear dad went exactly the way we had planned and I know he would have been proud of the way his life was honoured. Choosing a funeral director to take care of your loved one can be a daunting task but I know we made the right choice with Farrell and O'Neill.

The service provided was exceptional, didn't try to upsell or 'add' value. We new what we were up for from the start and had no hassle - which at these times is what you need. The Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club was also excellent for the following wake.
