My experience from start to finish was amazing. Sam kept me up to date with the progress of our car .. his outstanding service was truly amazing.... Most of all our car was repaired in the best condition, also made sure the vehicle was sanitised when we picked up the car.If I could rate higher I would have .. Highly recommended! I’m really pleased with the level of service. They handled everything with other parties insurance and organised a rental car for us while the car is getting repaired. Sheen has helped us a few times. Once when we had to replace the panels and doors at the side of our SUV, and they were great in terms of guiding us through the process and lending us a replacement car during the process. On completion it looked brand new and you couldn’t even see that there was a problem before!The second time was when we had to replace the drivers side rear view mirror. They gave me the option to replace it with a second hand part which was under my excess! Very pleasant and professional to deal with. Strongly recommend them, you’d be pleased.

Zane, Sam and the team were friendly and efficient, explained processes and expected outcomes, and delivered on time. The courtesy car was a real help, and the finish on my car is impeccable. Sam & the team, were great. I have 4 cars that required repairs over 30 years of driving & this is by far the best customer service I've ever had. They listened & responded to my needs & kept me informed during the whole process. Sam gave me advice on dealing with the insurance company I had to deal with & responded quickly to any questions that I had.I can't fault the workmanship either.Seriously thank you Sam & the team at Sheen Panel Service Mitcham. Sam and his team do a great job! Unfortunately I've had to get two repairs completed but each time they've been very accommodating by supplying a loan car and working around my busy schedule. The car always returns to its pristine condition, inside and out. I highly recommend Sheen Panel Service Mitcham.
