Extremely poor communication between drivers and store and customer. Delivery was supposed to be at 9.30-11.30am, I was then told the 'truck broke down' and the new delivery time is 12-3pm, and that I was text this information, which I was not so after being accused of lying I am still waiting for confirmation when and if the fridge will come. Spoke to 7 people so far with no answer on delivery. Absolutely useless never buy from Good Guys!!! I am now ringing head office to see if I can find out what's happening. If I could give zero stars I would.

Website does not process credits correctly and when you call Good Guys on the phone to request an order cancellation, you can't get through. So I get onto online chat and I am told that I will receive an email by close of business on a Friday. So if it does not arrive, I have to waste my time and follow up on the Monday after and keep on chasing this useless lot for their stuff ups. Zero stars is not possible so giving the bare minimum.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the installation service provided by your company. I recently purchased a washing machine and arranged for it to be installed by your technicians. Unfortunately, the experience has been an absolute nightmare.The first technician sent to my house had no idea how plumbing works and was unable to complete the installation. This was already frustrating enough, but it was nothing compared to the damage caused by the second technician. He installed the washing machine incorrectly and switched the hot and cold taps, causing all of my clothes to be ruined and the machine itself to be damaged beyond repair.To make matters worse, I have not received any follow-up or communication from your company despite repeated attempts to contact you. No one ever called me back to address the issues with the installation or to offer a solution to the damage caused.I am completely appalled by the level of incompetence demonstrated by your technicians and the lack of customer service provided by your company. The damage caused to my property and the inconvenience this has caused me is completely unacceptable. I demand that you rectify this situation immediately and compensate me for the damage caused.I have been waiting over 4 months for a response from them regarding this.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, GO DIRECT

unfortunately I can't give 0 stars, having spent over $10,000 at the good guys the moment that we needed help with a out of warranty dish washer repair the Good guys didn't want to know about it they just couldn't care less.When I drove their attention to the 67 terrible reviews on Google the rep told me that they really didn't care about reviews & then just went on to repeat what he had just told me that the good guys didn't want to know about it they just couldn't care less.When I told him that I run a front facing customer service business it was just crickets followed by a question could he help me with anything else after which the call was terminated.As a business owner with front facing customer service staff I don't understand how the Good guys are still in business you cannot complain about the customer service it simply doesn't. exist.

Do not buy anything from them online!!!Horrible customer service, never return your calls, still waiting for my refund over a month on the delivery fee because they “had a glitch in they system “The delivery guy said “Don’t have drive way “ when in reality I do have a big one it was Sunday I was waiting home and he just driven past my houseof course nobody to contact again , my delivery failed several times and when it finally arrived took them 4 weeks no joke the delivery people was horrible rude , accusing me of not being home of the first time of the delivery and swearing because they had to bring up a fridge on the stairs which I actually told when I ordered the item it has to be delivered upstairs , I never in my life experience this horrible customer service!!!! Also in the end I had to call the delivery company myself to organise my own delivery Because good guy’s customer service is useless….Never going to buy anything from them again ! If you want to save yourselves wasting your time you not buy anything online !!!

Very unhelpful staff. These guys are all happy to take the customers money, but when they breach their terms and conditions of the extended warranty they insist you need, they are unapologetic and do not try to resolve the issue in a timely manner.I’ll buy my large appliances from Costco now as their customer service even when things go wrong is far superior, the “good guys” could learn a lot from from Costco in this regard.

So unhappy with the service. I bought a fridge before couple of year ago. I bought 5 year warranty with it. Still in warranty and now I have a serious problem with fridge. Calling to the office and store at Springvale but no one is there to help me or even answer the phone to resolve problem. I have lot of food waste from one month. No one is helping. We are keep calling for help and resolve the problem but nobody is responding. Even I spoke with the store manager Mani who is not even reaping in a good way. I spoke with a person yogi who is very rude and not helping. Not recommend for anything to buy from good guys. As when we go to buy they are pretending very helpful but once we have any issues with their product they are just lie on the phone and not guide us properly. If there’s anything to give them less then 1 star I would do that. They all are not at good service at all.

My Good Guys Christmas order experience.1. Delivered me an empty display box. Yes, really.2. When the replacement product came, it was possibly a counterfit product, confirmed by the manufacturer when I raised it with them directly.3. Promises of follow ups etc because I'm extremely unhappy with the situation have come to naught.Worst customer experience of my life, bar none. I will not be using The Good Guys for any purchases going forward, ever... I'll be sharing my story with anyone who will listen.

Purchased a Goodguys product, bad experience, refrigerator SRS673DMB side by side with Icemaker. 6 months later, loud repetitive noises all of a sudden couldn't sleep it was so loud and we were forced to turn it off at the wall. Followed up Samsung several times, and then their service agent and they came out next day, if I left them do it when they wanted they were talk up to 2 weeks. Anyway they technician found broken wires shorting from icemaker. Disabled ice maker and said they'll order a whole freezer door, just 6 months old....I tell you?!Asked for a replacement fridge, not forthcoming however....is this not a major fault when we have to turn it off???? Australian Consumer Law says I can elect replacement or refund, Samsung don't care. Avoid Samsung if you want your sanity. Trust me, unless maybe a Samsung phone, I wouldn't buy anything Samsung after this appalling customer care, next to the worst I've experienced. Taking to QCAT to resolve one way or another but Goodguys are happy just to ignore any faults and pass you onto the manufacturer, which Australia consumer law states is unlawful, they must not pass you onto suppliers.

Why is ZERO star not an option?They turned off online customer support probably because they are overwhalmed with complaints?This new StoreCash promotion is so lame. They told me my purchased is not eligible because I register and downloaded the APP after my purchase, I know it is in T&C, and it is my fault to confuse between StoreCredit and StoreCash. But you don't have to tell me that I screwed up and can't do anything to re-credit me because it is NOT fair to other customers otherwise???? what?The actual store is very nice but the war between their online department and physical store is getting worse and worse!!!
