From the outset Mario provided a great customer experience. Very punctual and communication was first class throughout the quote and works.Works were carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Very happy with the process and work.Been just under 18 months since having the work carried out and still looks good as the first day installed.Can’t speak to price as did not obtain other quotes. Happy to pay what I did for the quality of work. That’s what counts.

Michael and the team did an outstanding job at our house. I found MTF through my brother who referred him as 'his only trade he never needed to call back'. I got that sense of quality from the moment I first got in touch with Michael, who was from the beginning extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the quoting/design process, and helped us pick an engineered floor that looks absolutely incredible in my home - precisely how I had imagined it!I really appreciate the attention to detail and effort MTF put in to ensure we got the best look possible in the home, even going as far as taking the hard road when we came across a tricky problem during the installation process, on the basis that while the solution would be trickier for them to implement as the installers, its what they would do for their own home and therefore what we'll do for you". The team at Mr. Timber Floors (MTF) did a terrific job from start to finish. We spent quite a bit of time researching and getting quotes, but only MTF gave us the confidence that we were looking for. We could tell they knew their trade. Our floors needed a lot of work with the levels before laying, and we knew that. MTF didn't shy away from the prep work that needed to be done and there were no surprises with cost either. Everything was transparent with costing and they quoted accurately. They were a pleasure to deal with, turned up when they said they would etc. Good communications too, especially when we asked them to come back a few weeks after the work had been done to fix a few things up that we found.They had no problem coming back and fixing it without charge. The team spent a lot of time on prep (close to 4-5 days), which shows how seriously they take their work, and they realise how important that phase is. Without good prep work, you may as well give up and go home.We chose ~100sqm of the Quick-Step Woodland Oak Beige Laminate Majestic" for our house and to replace the old 20yr hardwood parquet. The laminate made more sense for us because its durability and having 2 young kids and a large dog too. Yes

Michael and Mussa did an excellent job preparing and laying our new flooring. What a transformation. We felt confident with Michael's knowledge of the product and we are so thrilled with the results. I would like to thank all the staff at Mr Timber Floors for transforming my tired old house into a dream home. The guys did the most remarkable job, they were more than willing to accomodate a last minute schedule change, were extremely punctual, cleaning up every day after they had finished and taking away all the rubbish. I cannot fault the workmanship and the expert advice I received has given me the most amazing product possible. Will be a while before I put my furniture back so I can admire the full effect as long as possible.

When we stepped into Mr Timber Floors showroom,   Mike attended us and provided us with various options available for Engineered Flooring.  We have done our homework and have visited several other places before we could finally narrow our choice to Mr Timber Floors.  We somehow felt Mr Timber Floors were genuine in their approach and can see the passion at their works. Communication with Mike and his colleagues has been an excellent experience.  They were always prompt to respond to any of our emails/ messages.Mike checked with us a few days prior to commencing of the job to ensure that we are ready to proceed as per the plan, due to the current Covid situation.  We went with Boral’s Spotted Gum as we loved the contrast feature of the wood.On the day of the job, the employees of Mr Timber Floors arrived on time with proper PPE and followed strict safety and hygiene guidelines during execution.  I am extremely happy at the outcome as they delivered what was promised.  During the entire period, Mike was constantly updating us and checking on the progress of the work. After completing the job the workers cleaned up the area and removed all rubbish.I am happy and proud of such talented family business and will recommend to anyone to go ahead with Mr Timber Floors.

Thanks to Sophy, Mario and the team at Mr Timber Floors who did a tremendous job laying our new European Oak (Blonde) floor, which looks fantastic. We spoke to other flooring people, before receiving a recommendation to Mr Timber flooring and they were the only ones who convinced us that they would do a quality job, and they certainly delivered on that promise. They were very particular to get the floor preparation spot on with lots of grinding and filling required, but it all contributed to deliver a great result. Mr Timber floors were excellent to deal with, the team were very courteous and efficient, and their advice was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend them to others, for a quality job at reasonable price.
