Would give zero stars for this company full stop. Came here to buy roofing and never received order. Went back to arrange a refund as I'd had receipts as they said they wanted them to reimburse. I still never got reimbursement of $1700. Absolutely disgusted

Very disappointed... zero star'sLate response and they will forget about your order if not reminded every 30 seconds...I've been waiting for 8days...they forgot twice.I had them quote on one single job and got three different results wildly different prices$$$ each time..Please don't waste your time.. there are other more competent suppliers out there..

Rung yesterday to see if my Payd product was there & yes it was. Was not told in fone call that I needed coverd shoes. Just dropped a car from Rockingham to Fremantle on a huge trailer & went to pick up product. Had to buy a pair of shoes to tie down. Guy I saw on day honestly very good. Guy I spoke to on fone mmmmm yea

Went to pick up flat pack shed ordered a month ago, took about 1.5 hrs bits and pieces had to be found, one piece had to be rebent, will it all fit together??

Don't even bother with their online quoting, i have emailed for a quote 3 times now for a curved patio with no response, you call their number hopefully to speak to someone and they tell you to email your quote. So in short you can't complain about the service as there is none !

Ordered standard Stubbie shed, installers arrived and found and there are countless, critical pieces missing despite being clearly listed on the delivery slip. No support on a Saturday to resolve missing items and I've had to pay standby rates from my installer. Not good enough from a reputable brand.

Terrible service asked a consultant for specific double gates and got spoken down to like I had no idea what I was talking about wouldn't recommend to anyone at this store
