The professionalism displayed by Clayton, Drew, and Liam was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door, they went above and beyond.What really impressed me was the attention to detail that was evident throughout the entire process. When I picked up the vehicle, it was not only filled with a full tank of fuel, but it had also been freshly detailed, which was a nice touch that really showed how much they care about their customers.Overall, I would highly recommend Capalaba VW to anyone looking for a quality car dealership. We bought our new 2022 Amarok from Clayton at VW Capalaba. This was the easiest stress free car purchase we’ve ever had. Clayton was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Liam took care of our financial needs and the experience was easy as. Our pick up was fantastic thank you guys so much. We will be recommending this dealership with friends and family.

The service team is utterly useless! My car needed a new air conditioner and they said it will be 4-6 weeks to fix.They had my car two days and neglected to stare that information.As far as I was aware, I could pick up my car within 48hr.Only once I called and waited on hold for ages, did I hear that it had a problem that would take 4-6weeks to fix.That information was shared by a receptionist.Not even the service team.The service team said they would organise a hire car, and said that the hire car company would be in contact that day (or the next at the very latest).I am still yet to hear from the hire car company and VW are unreachableleaving me isolated without a vehicle as it is now the weekend.I have had to call several times to get any sort of communication. At no point have VW picked up the phone and let me know what’s going on.Terrible service!

The service team at Capalaba have always looked after me with my previous Golf so when the time came to upgrade I had the utter pleasure of being looked after by the sales team. Massive shout out to Antony who took over looking after my order, after a hairy situation with a different dealer he honestly took the stress out of the whole process, and another massive shout out to Liam in finance who made the financing process easier than I could have imagined. I appreciate the team, and them immensely and I couldn't have ask for a better result when the R arrived for me

Service department was like Fawlty Towers. I had called on 3 separate occasions to confirm they could service my Skoda. Each time 100 percent,no issue at all. Sure enough 2 hours after dropping it off I get a call saying they won't service it because it is under a service agreement with Skoda. The receptionist had even checked twice to confirm they would service it. Day off for no reason, vehicle not serviced before going away which we needed. Right hand had no idea what the left hand was doing there. Don't recommend for car servicing.

Having been looking for the right car for a few weeks and meeting a few difference car sales people, Ali was a breath of fresh air ! He made the sale incredibly easy, I spoke to him Saturday , put in and offer and deposit, picked it up Monday and had the most beautiful drive home. A great vibe to the dealership and Ali was very down to earth and cool to chat to.Recommend!

Upgraded my Golf wagon to a Tiguan Allspace and absolutely love!Ali , Liam and Andy were all excellent to deal with and have no hesitation recommending them.

I cannot be more impressed with my new T-Cross! What an amazing car. And to top it off Clayton Pascoe should get sales guy of the year! The purchase process has been stress- free. Clayton has excellent knowledge of the car, was straightforward in the negotiations and couldn’t be more helpful post sale. I’m very impressed with the team at the Capalaba dealership, including Liam and Drew. Going back for servicing will be a breeze. Thanks again guys!
