The manager is disgusting so very rude and condescending. I place an order via my app and she abruptly and rudely stated in front of other customers that I had not paid when I showed her my comm bank app which clearly showed I had she persisted to say I hadn't and I needed to place my order again. I did as she asked and again she said I had not paid. Again I showed her my bank account showing that I had. She then spent time getting stickers ready for uber eats bags. When I asked if she was going to get my order ready for me she yelled at me you still haven't paid". I told her I found her incompetence endearing after being there 45mins. I did say I found her customer service skills disgusting that was when she told me she wouldn't serve me and was calling the police .....all this and I didn't even raise my voice. This owner/operator should not be in any type of customer service role. I have not been back not will I. My friends have been through drive through and 3 times have had delays due to issues with point of sale system. This owner is extremely incompetent and definately should not be in fast food. ....very slow food with no service possibly"

The manager Melissa refused to serve us food. And threatened to call the police because they got he order wrong. Left my money on the counter and laughed. Never again! Looks like.thus place is run by amateurs. She should be sacked. And she gave me $40.60 when the price was $30.70. Congratulations Melissa you have earned yourself 1 star....

As we relaxed into the late Tuesday night, me and housemates decide to head out into the blistering cold winter night to acquire some frozen cokes. As the cokes were handed over to me, I felt an unease and a chill. The weight of the drinks felt off. It wasn’t till I have arrived back into the comfort of my crib, I realised what the feeling was. I was deeply unstoked to find the frozen cokes were only filled 3/4 full…. Though there was disappointment, the consistency of the frozen coke was perfect. I will come back.

I'm a doordash driver,And I went to the avondale Heights location for a customer's order and I also ordered food on the side for myself and my partnerWe were both dissatisfied by the quality of the hamburgers we orders as the meat was dry like its been sitting there for awhile minimal sauce and pickles so overall disappointingI was a ex manager and I know for a fact that the quality of food is lacking and needs improvementwithin regards to the doordash order i was waiting for over an hour just to collect the customer's orderBut not only that I believe she was another manager that works there came in wearing slippers to help out the stuff I know she was helping but wearing slippers and trackies into work is not really safe for an employee that works at mcdonaldsOverall need to improve on food qualityAnd Prioritise the quality been given out to customer's and making sure customer's aren't waiting ridiculous wait times for there orders and doordashers waiting so long to pick up customer's ordersBecause the food quality will be poor by the time it leaves the restaurant and gets to the customer

Ive never had burnt egg a bacon muffins before there staff don't care abouts nobody's complaint they just make excuses even when they stuff up the order a say no your wrong you have to take that order no it ain't the first time ive gone in there a complained about thing's enough said

I always came here once a week. Today I spent around 45$ , including buying a McFlurry. I asked for an extra tablespoon but was refused, she said no, only one spoon per cup. I said ok fine. But a question, if I drop the spoon accidentally , then I can’t get a new spoon to eat my McFlurry? This staff is so weird. We always came here and we got the treatment like this for the first time.

The words coming out of the supervisors mouth was disgraceful! Do better!I never usually review places unless the service is genuinely terrible, but the way this supervisor was speaking to one of her workers was truly saddening and disgusting.A friend and I came in store to eat some lunch today at around 12 and the atrocious language of the supervisor was truly concerning. The service was okay, but we continuously heard her mocking and belittling one of her staff members. She managed to essentially harass him multiple times, yelling things such as: “this is your fault, I blame it on you” as they were waiting for a coffee to be made. To his defence, he stated he was simply new to the job and learning. She was extremely rude to him and spoke about him behind his back to one of her fellow coworkers. Rather than assuring him and assisting him, she continued to yell at him to move faster and be quick. On one occasion, her and her other coworker yelled at him, insisting that he “make a coffee in less than 60 seconds” after they both laughed, they assured him that “they can be better and make it in 20”. She spoke in a very condescending manner and it is my opinion that she should simply not hold a managing duty. This is disgusting and the poor young boy does not deserve to be managed in this manner. Do better Maccas.

Can't get an order right through drive thru 5 times in a row, can't provide receipts even when asked. They confirm orders at speaker box AND then once you get to the pick up window, your missing some of your order . You shouldn't have to wait 10-15 minutes for your order because if defeats the purpose of drive thru.

Drive through order and the staff were hurrying us along by asking is that all after every meal order, we can say that’s all thanks that would be a better way of taking ordersDrive through we expect food to be fresh!! Got home to half full chips in our large and medium boxes and the mcchicken burgers lettuce was BROWN, old and disgusting to look at in the burger and there was very little mayo… the mayo makes them chicken burger what it is with the green fresh lettuceShort of driving back from home, very disappointed with the service
