Soooo good. It is not just learning to cook a beautiful dish it is also an evening out with antipasto, Prosecco and dessert. Davide is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and lovely. Highly recommended!

My partner and I absolutely loved the beginners pasta making class that we took a couple of weeks ago. We enjoyed it so much that we bought ourselves a pasta machine the weekend following and have already had another go! Davide’s passion for simple, delicious Italian cooking is very evident - we learnt a lot from just listening to him describe the ingredients and techniques involved in creating the pasta shapes and sauces. Overall could not rate more highly and we will be back!

Davide and Nadine were amazing hosts. We had a private pasta class for a birthday tonight and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Davide made excellent pasta dishes seem easy and achievable. His enthusiasm and passion for Italian cooking was palpable and infectious. We will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful evening celebrating a special birthday at The Coastal Italian. Our family of 5 did the Sardinia Regional Cooking Masterclass and we loved every minute! It was a relaxed and fun evening in a beautiful space, and Davide and his wife were warm and inviting. Davide is an excellent teacher and the food was delicious!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

My partner and I did the risotto masterclass and although I wouldn’t call myself a ‘master’ … I can now make a damn good risotto!Very cute shop/business, Davide and his wife are so welcoming and the class was so much fun. Easy to follow along and fantastic that it was just for 5 of us so everyone got more than enough help along the way.Highly recommend this for anyone who loves Italian food or just for a fun afternoon enjoying cooking.

I went to the Pasta for Beginners class and absolutely loved it! Davide and his wife were wonderful and answered mine and my friend's (MANY) questions. Absolutely recommend and will go back for the gnocchi class. We even got some pasta dough back with us that I made into next day's dinner, which was amazing. Money well spent.

We had a fantastic time at The Coastal Italian! Davide was a wonderful teacher and made the whole experience a lot of fun. We enjoyed it all and would love to do it again! Highly recommend!
