Excellent customer service. I sent an email during the course of the weekend and the following day, I received a telephone call and during the week, a service man inspected the Braemar Heating & Cooling system and found the fault. Part ordered, rebooked for installation and serviced with a smile from another tradie (initially thought same one as he was wearing a mask - sorry!). One week from initial contact to part being installed. Very happy with the service provided & won't hesitate in recommending this company. Thank you.

One of the owners spent 5 mins diagnosing my Brivis ducted heater unit to then tell us it needed to be replaced, for which I paid $200. The unit is just over 12 years old. I was able to clean the flame sensors, install a new hot service igniter and the unit hasn't missed a beat since! I will change my review to 4 stars for good customer service if they are decent enough to respond to my complaint and credit the fee that I paid for their no help call out. (They credited the fee and told me that what i had done was a bandaid repair...? Time will tell...)

I can not recommend this company enough, I had them come out and do a warranty job on a wall furnace. The process from start to finish was a very easy and smooth process. The first contact with Paula in the office was smooth up until the boys had finished doing the job that took them over 3 hours. One of the guys even returned later that night just to double check he had tightened a bolt up properly which he had. I will now be using this company for all future servicing on our heating. Great work guys.

Excellent friendly and efficient service. I had my ducted heating unit replaced, the new unit was installed without fuss or inconvenience to me, I had a couple of minor issues after installation but these were quickly fixed to my total satisfaction. I can thoroughly recommend Geelong Gas.

Refuse to come repair my gas ducted heating because I wasn't happy with their last service...... I wasn't happy with their last service because it took them 6 mins to service a ducted unit. Wow that's fast and thorough.. ..NOT! I paid the bill and as usual thought I would give them a second chance but no.... They refuse to come to my property because I wasn't happy with them. What a bunch of idiots. Terrible service. Found a lovely company who are coming out asap. Oh and cheaper too

Terrible service from the office staff EXCEPT for Lorraine who after returning from holidays finally sorted the issue out. The gas plumber Mike was excellent, but unfortunately after he placed an order for a part for my mum's heater, which should have only taken a week or so, the office staff failed to order it. We visited the office 3 times and phoned but none of them bothered to check, fobbing my mum off with it's still on order. Finally after 6 weeks my mum's heater was repaired. She's 85 years old. I would expect more respect for the elderly and better after sales service. The office staff involved are letting the whole company down.

The team at Geelong Gas did an amazing job. I couldn't believe the price I payed for the high level/quality job. What also surprised me was how quick they got they job done in. In summary, a super friendly team that provided great advice. Would highly recommend and will for sure be using again if I ever need.

Ive used GGC for 15 years. Technicians were great but found over the years service has dropped off and call out fee of 200 is over the top.Went to another local business much cheaper and new unit fitted within 3 days.

I have never written a bad review but this company deserves my 1st effort. My advice is DO NOT USE Geelong Gas Company.5:30 Friday night no hot water. After 7 calls over the weekend, having to agree to a $400 call out emergency fee, plumber turns up over an hour late, puts in a temporary hot water unit and leaves at 9 pm Sat evening only for us to wake in the morning to find no hot water again. Left a message Sunday morning which has never been responded to. Another day with no hot water; finally, we wiggled the wires in the TAPED UP PLUG on the replacement unit, this started the system working; so, it appears, they had installed an electrically unsafe unit. Received a call Monday morning advising us our unit needed replacing quoting a further $550 service fee for installation and a dearer cost for a new Infinity B26 compared to every other company on the internet and local plumbing suppliers. This was additional to the $400 emergency call out fee.Bronwen, the office manager, who called about quote would not listen to anything I had to say she just talked over me. I had to ask her to listen while I explained that the unit may be dangerous and it should be checked out before being used again.No use talking to her on the phone so put my concerns in writing still no satisfaction and no reply to my last email.Totally unsatisfactory service – $400 and no hot water all weekend. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Geelong Gas Company.New hot water unit supplied and fitted, with great friendly service from ANOTHER company within hours of my call and at a cheaper cost.
