Holy nails

Was served by Minh. Walked in for SNS. She was quick and efficient. She made a good recommendation for a colour. Always checked with me if everything was all good. Overall enjoyed my experience.

I have been to this place multiple times. They are very good and quick. However, I stopped going as they were talking about the customers in their language. It happened to me and it was very obvious they were talking about me. I came back today. They were doing the same. Not about me but about another costumer. It was so obvious that the costumer decided not to get her nails done at that place. I find this behavior very rude and annoying.

They're so reliable, you can just walk in or make a same day appointment. Service is friendly and welcoming.Had a Pedi and Mani which turned out great, Dina was considered and turned the massage chair on for me and made sure I was comfortable!

I have been going there since I was 13 and I’m 25 now. Always reliable cheerful service. Sang is a wonderful boss to her staff and always makes me feel welcome. Couldn’t recommend more.

Very disappointed!!!My 11 year old daughter booked an appointment to get acrylic nails overlay on natural nails with design tips online for $50.When she showed the nail technician a photo of what she wanted in store, the nail technician did not tell her that it would cost extra $30 until she was charged $80 at the end. Because my daughter was confused and embarrassed, she paid the $80 - her birthday money she saved up.When I asked them why they didn’t mention the extra cost to my daughter the nail technician said she should’ve known but couldn’t show us where she could’ve found this information.And on top of this my daughter was really unhappy with work they did as well.Would NOT recommend.

The first time I went here I had the best experience and the best set of nails I had ever gotten and for reasonable price. Today I went in for a pedicure and to soak off my last set. The pedicure took an hr and 30 minutes to do. I had 3 different people work on my hands, the 2nd was a young man that did my nails exactly how I wanted and I was happy but then the rest of the staff were quite obviously talking about my nails. Another woman comes over and asks what colour I want. I say no colour, she leaves and comes back and starts filing my nails some more. Asking me 3 times if I want colour. She filed my nails so much they are now paper thin and have hot spots on them and were left with sharp edges and chips.There was also a lady next to me who was pressured into getting sns when she said no several times.I was charged $90 ($85 cash) which is incredibly expensive for my initial soak off and pedicure. I'm very disappointed as a believe there is a couple great staff here but this was a very bad experience.

Incredible service and friendly staff. I’m obsessed with my nails and I got them for such a good price. Can’t wait to be back!

The lady was in such a rush that stressed me out. She cut my skin doing the manicure. There was no care, I went to this place to give myself a little bit of tlc but I left feeling so stresses. Don't even book because they won't organise themselves to serve you when you get there.
