I received the best service today from the girl who served me, I didn't get her name except she had dark hair. She knew exactly what I needed to fix my hair I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be back.

Helen did such an amazing job. She somehow managed to fix my awful bleach job and turned it into a gorgeous purple and black wavy look :) So happy with the treatment.

Chloe is the best. She did our girls' hair nicely. Very friendly, and very professional. As asset to the salon !

Chloe was amazing and did my hair so well for a party i had. I didnt feel like doing it myself and it turned out amazing. It stayed styled all night and i got it done at 2pm. Chloe is such a beautiful staff member x

Not sure what happened to the amazing salon staff, but now the store doesn't even have a manager when i tried asking about when they'll be hiring new salon staff. Alicia was an amazing stylist and I loved the way she did my hair, I dont know why she left

If I could leave no stars I wouldWe took our 4 year old daughter for her haircut here. The 'stylist' didn't even say hello to her or make her feel welcome just asked her to move back on her chair. I told her my daughter is non verbal and non mobile. She replied 'well I'll do what i can' and then hurriedly started cutting my daughter's hair like she had somewhere else to be.Every time my daughter moved her head, the woman would roll her eyes and look irritated. You can imagine the challenges we face with a daughter of special needs. I didn't think bad attitude from a hairdresser would be one of them. She didn't even ask us what we wanted just started off with 'I'll do what I can'.Needless to say, we will not be returning.And to the stylist...my daughter is a person and she deserves to be acknowledged. She deserves smiles and kind treatment just like everyone else.

After calling every hairdresser from redland bay to the city looking for not only a school holiday booking but a wolf cut hair style to be specific . No one could book me in or even knew what a wolf cut was but Helen was phenomenal with my daughter she went above and beyond to make her feel special she did the most amazing style the whole team at hairhouse warehouse are amazing I can't thank them enough especially Helen 10/10 thank you my daughter is obsessed with her hair ❤️

Wow. What can I say. Before coming into the store, my hair was a bleached DISASTER! I honestly had no hope and was looking for advice or a solution.I got both:)Helen was the biggest delight to my day. Not only did she fix my hair but she also educated me on my hair aswell.From the minute she started talking I knew I was going to be taken care of! She was so fast but very thorough. Just amazing.
