Highly recommend - dealt with Lauren booking flights to Croatia, very proffesional service given, clear and direct and explained the process and made everything streamlined. No queues either, quick service.

Jilly was excellent at navigating our group 's flights as we had multiflights between the group, to end up same place, with various coming and goings.

Very difficult to get a phone call to them.Twice, after hanging on for many minutes,I left my number for a return call, still waiting! Flight Centre head office was no better, hang on for over 36 minutes and 43 minutes.Will have to call into the Warwick outlet for hopefully some service. Not happy

Very disappointing visit. I went there to purchase a hotel package i saw on their website and they wanted to charge me extra for admin fees that were not explained in their online site. I had a gift card that can't be used online or over the phone, so i had no other option but to go to their store. I was so upset with the service and lack of explanation that i left without buying it and cancelled my trip.

The only Flight Centre in Australia that I know that charges $99 per person for booking fee! Go to another store as this one will take money from you!I have been trying to make a booking for almost a month! Ridiculous!! Staff was on leave, then sick and now, besides the price increase of the flight tickets, she wants to charge her own booking fee. This is not even a Flight Centre policy! I called another three stores and I was advised that there is no booking fee and the package included my quote could be removed. Well, turns out the staff that is dealing with my booking doesn't want to remove it from the quote and is saying she charges it!I don't recommend - ever! And this was a Senior Travel Consultant from this store. Very disapointed with her customer service and dishonesty.

We received first class service from Warwick Flight Centre. Caitlyn has a lot of knowledge and looked after all our issues in a friendly, relaxed manner. There was no pressure at all and we came away happy with the deal and service. Highly recommended them.
