Blue Heeler Boots

I purchased some boots here recently and the staff were incredibly helpful, both over the phone and in-person. They included some free leather polish with my boots, and the store is dog friendly too.

I came across this place when looking for Red Wing boots in Brisbane. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and the purchase of my new boots was drama free and quick. Now to the boots, I bought a pair of Iron Ranger boots in black harness leather. I wasn't too sure when initially looking online as they appeared quite shiny but they have a nice matt oily type finish which is what I wanted. These are beautifully constructed boots made the old way with cork filling under a thick slab of leather on the footbed, a steel shank and goodyear welted. The leather is thick and durable and will take quite a bit to break in but that's always a sign of a quality boot. Sure they're not cheap but there are many stories of these boots lasting a decade or more so an average yearly cost appears quite reasonable. I've owned many high end boots from RM Williams to Belstaff and these outrank both of them for construction and feel. I'm now sold on this brand and won't hesitate to buy another pair when need be. If you're looking for some quality boots that will last for years go and visit Blue Heeler Boots, you won't be disappointed.

When I returned again I had great customer service from Carol. Both were exceptional, they were warm, friendly and had very good product knowledge and was not pushy. Both spent time and effort with all their customers. I have recommended to many friends to support them. They have the best range of quality boots.

The women at the front counter was super nice and helpful. she put aside the boots for me no other store has done this for me. it is a drive to get to the place epically if you live on the north side but it is worth the drive as the staff the wide stock and just the awesome help that was given to me with the selection of my boots. the only improvements is that return can be back in cash not store credit. but way better than total work wear.
