Ginny is amazing and teaches the best yoga classes I've ever been to. She is a wealth of knowledge with all things mind and body. Her classes are relaxed and welcoming and definitely worth checking out if your looking for yoga in Coffs Harbour.

Ginny is one of the best Therapeutic Yoga teachers in the country.I’ve been attending her classes, on and off, for nearly 30 years!!!Her ability to identify her participants needs is outstanding. She shares her knowledge with an open heart and generosity. Ginny hold very high standards of service.She is also fun, her yoga space is beautiful, promoting healing and relaxation.I also LOVE her Shiatsu treatments and the seasonal cleanses/ intensives
