I was recommended to deal with Settlement Talk by my agent and to be honest I was not happy with the service provided. I dealt with Hannah and I found her to be very dismissive in regards to my questions. She was not interested and just avoided answering them and proceeded with the settlement. As a service provider, it is paramount that all questions of the client paying for the service are to be answered. It was very clear that she was only ever interested in getting paid and nothing else mattered. I find this to be very condescending and I do not appreciate being treated with disrespect. I do not treat people that way. It remains to be seen if there will be any issues over the next few months as i don’t trust that she has acted in my best interests. I will not be recommending Settlement Talk.

Sue & Hannah are so efficient in their work. They take time to explain to their clients the settlement processes . They are simply the Best .
