Very helpful staff. Was able to sms my compounding script thru so that I didn’t need to show up in person until the prescription was ready.

Worst customer service I’ve received from an employee named Ricky yesterday.I called the Pharmacy and spoke to Ricky. I ask if my order was ready yet. He tells me it’s yet to arrive because I haven’t received a message even though I got a call saying it would be ready. I kindly ask him to please at least check because I will need to drive a long long way to dural. He goes to checks and comes back on the phone in 2 seconds and says it’s not here. He then transferred me to the lab where the eye drops are made. The lab told me it has already been delivered to the pharmacy. So I drove to the pharmacy and spoke to someone else, they gave me the eye drops. I asked to speak to Ricky and asked why he couldn’t find it and said it wasn’t at the pharmacy when turns out, it clearly was, did he lie to me on the phone when he said he went to check. He (Ricky) then screams at me asking what my problem is and that he checked like he said he did and that the delivery came in whilst I talked to the lab on the phone...I’m sorry what?Are you serious? It would be more respectable if he just owed up to not actually checking for me, instead I was aggressively yelled at and told a ridiculous lie. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 2years now for my sisters eye drops and everyone has been nice and friendly. But my experience yesterday with Ricky was simply atrocious and not something I should experiencing as a customer.

Not as “caring” and “detail-oriented” as they advertise.My case - I’ve confirmed and reconfirmed with them they can fill a script for an over $1000 medicine and they always said “sure it will take only a couple of days”. I place an order, they call me back “hurray our driver will deliver the finished expensive product in two days”. A few hours later I get another call from them “oh we actually looked into making your medicine and our rules say we need to use something (an inactive base, an oil essentially, it’s not even on the script) that we don’t have, you have to wait for a couple of weeks”. This means no real “custom compounding”, only “filling gaps in a pre-approved list of standard products that are not profitable to mass-produce”.If they actually cared about their customers and not their money, they would’ve known from the beginning they were short of a non-essential component and moreover would replace (“custom care”, riiight) this non-prescribed inert substance they are lacking with something they had in stock.

Fantastic service and the staff are SO friendly.I live 100klm away & CustomCare is the closest compounding pharmacy who make prescription compound eye drops.I ordered my drops to be delivered by post. They arrived the very next day left on my doorstep as agreed and enclosed in an express post satchel they were wrapped in an ice bag to keep cool as it has been so hot.Wonderful, thoughtful & efficient serviceI look forward to our continued businessSue Hobbs central coast NSW

We have been local customers to this pharmacy for many years . Always greeted with a smile and Ricky( The pharmacist ) is always happy to help no matter how complex the situation is :) Thank you Ricky for always taking the time to help and answer all our questions :)

CustomCare compounded some antibiotic eye drops for me today at short notice. They were fantastic and I’m very grateful for such great service. Their efforts allowed me to make a really important trip with my family, which I was in danger of missing

The name says it all, the people at this pharmacy care. It is a personal experience and the people who work there are human who understand things go wrong and that sometimes the solution isnt black and white. Unlike other corporate pharmacies I can mention, have moved well out of the dural area but will continue to travel just for the caring service

Don’t go to Customcare for your compoundingThey got my script wrong twiceMy doctor had to phone them the second time and still they didn’t understand the script!!

Friendly staff and reasonable price of compounding products.

The owners mean well. Employee Sonia Gibson is negatively impacting this business from genuine growth All things considered a small operation not well managed.
