I did read statement about delays etc with covid, so wanted until early June. Decided to follow up with my chosen territory manager". Very polite man who has never heard of this company. This rather surprised me.I have bought the goods I wanted from someone else.Now trying to get refund."

I purchased tree guards off their ebay site. 2 weeks later with no communication, I needed to ask ebay to step in and chase it up for me. They also had no luck, so ebay had to reimburse my money.Don't use global grow supplies. You'll be disappointed.Edit for reply. If you put more time communicating with with customers instead of insulting them, you'll have better reviews.If you cannot stay in business, even online through this virus, don't advertise!

DO NOT USE THESE SUPPLIERS!! Ordered and paid for goods mid feb, now late April and still nothing but excuses and bogus tracking numbers. Have spoken to many others in the same situation. They have caused delays on projects and have the audacity to block us from contacting them!!! Not impressedEdit for Reply: Thank you for finally responding Philip Uwarow! I don't believe asking to pick up items is pushy or rude as I have done this on many occasions with suppliers and you are only a short distance away.
