Le Beach Apartments

Just checked out of Le Beach, after my 12 night stay.Wow… Excellent service from the staff.Room was very clean and tidy, had no issues whatsoever.Will definitely be back in the near future.

The location and facilities were great.It would be great if mattress and bed sheets quality can be improved. It wasn’t clean enough, found hair on the bed sheets and towels.Not ideal to have carpet on this type of beach apartments- plus the vacuum we had didn’t have the enough power to keep it clean.Washer and dryer were definitely great to have them.

This place was fantastic for the price range and locality. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I was arriving late and would be gone all day during their office hours, but this was no problem for them, they made it so quick and easy to sort keys and final payments. The unit itself was clean and tidy, had everything we needed and had the best water pressure I have ever experienced in a unit complex.

This was my first time staying at this place. My husband used to stay at this place every holiday with his family when he was young and I am told it used to be the best place to stay. The location of this place is great. Easy walk to Burliegh cafes, restaurants and beach. We were allocated unit 14. This apartment was the dirtiest apartment l have come across. The fridge had hair in it, the bed covers of the kids room had food stains on. The kitchen utensils had dry dirty marks on them. I had to re-clean the entire apartment for the health safety of us. We informed the findings of this apartment to Lisa who is one of the managers. Lisa did nothing about it instead blamed it on COVID. We all know what the pandemic has done to every industry. It doesn't mean that you don't have to clean the apartments before new guests check in. Attached are the photos taken from this apartment.

I hate bad reviews, but I need to speak up for anyone who has small children.Apartment was filthy. I spent the whole check in day cleaning it after we were denied a refund.Oven was covered in grime. Windows were disgusting and damaged and taped up. Floors were dirty so we wore socks the entire time. Sand still on and in the old leather couches.I’m okay for old buildings to be run down. That’s life. But clean them!! Properly!My 18 month old ended up sick with a cough and we checked out a day early.Staff were lovely enough but couldn’t offer a refund as the apartments were individually owned, yet offered to move us to a new apartment in two days time? Not sure how that’s able to be done if they’re individually owned?Not sure if I can post photos but really wish I could as I took multiple.

Fantastic location and very good family friendly beach holiday accommodation. Safe complex and very easy to access the beach and local surrounds.

Been going to La Beach for over 10 years but the last few stays have been well below the standard that we have had over the past 11 years. One stay there was blood on the sheets, This last stay the units are looking very worn paint coming of around the pool area etc. The cleanliness of the rooms when we arrived are well below what they have been in the past. Not sure if its the new people running it, but they really need to pick up their game. BTW we have been there at least 20 times for weekly stays and weekends so this review is done with honesty.

Exceptional service from staff, facilities were amazing, clean bbqs and clean pool, My room was clean and tidy, beautiful furniture throughout my apartment I can’t wait to come back !
