I should ask other people before I enter the shop. Very bad experience, the staffs told me that they have lots of second hand pumps to replace mine and helps me to save lots of money, asked me to send my old pump and will call us the following day. No one calls me for few days, then I went to the shop, another guy told me that my pump is not repairable and I need to pay $700+ for a pump while other story only sells $400+ for a new pump, It might be different pumps but I really don't like the way that Pioneer makes money.

Glen is certainly excellent on what he does. So too for most of his staff. Occasionally I would get a less-than-ideal service and some of the information may be inconsistent across staff members. I love the fact that they generally don’t recommend chemicals which you don’t need. Integrity is not always present across businesses these days

He was incredibly rude to my dad who just wanted to ask a few questions about his $1000 chlorinator and basically told us to go away and call someone else because he's too busy

I have found Glen and his staff amazing every time I deal with them. They repaired my pump within a couple of days at a very reasonable price. Once I had a flat tyre in the car-park and one of the young guys came and helped change it. You can't beat old fashion courtesy. Great service and great staff.
