Came in for a manicure and pedicure, staff greeted me nicely and told me there will be a short 5 minute wait. I waited 5 minutes and was seated and they went to work on my nails. Everything was so smooth. Jenny was such a vibrant person, she made sure everything was perfect.Overall, I love my nails so much!!!! Thankyou so much will be back again soon!

went in for acrylic with shellac the shaping was really great, but when I was choosing a colour, the lady yelled “I don’t know what colour you want!” when the colour she gave me wasn’t the right one.I came in with my auntie and when you do a pedicure you’re supposed to remove dead skin off your feet, they refused to do that due to a customer wanting to sue them. Later on they refused to do my aunties manicure because she was upset with her. Poor customer service.

Went here to get my nails done for the first time, despite all the comments here I had no issues whatsoever, my nails look stunning! and Jenny is a real professional when it comes to nails. I will be coming back for many more sets of nails.

Never been so happy with my nails before no matter how many salons I’ve been to!They put time and effort to get your nails done! After a week my nails still looks amazing! I am so grateful to find Sakura Nails & beauty salon and will definitely go back again!

I booked an appointment three days in advance for myself and husband. I showed up on time for my appointment. After waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to address me at the front counter, I was told to come back in an hour. Pretty frustrating.Then I was called about fifteen minutes later to come back in. I was still in the area, so against my better judgement I went back in.I had a 14 minute pedicure that was so slap dash and rushed. (When I booked the appointment I was told that it was a half hour service).After having my nails trimmed and cuticles cut, the woman rubbed my feet for about ten seconds each, used a scrubber pad on my heels for about two rubs and that was about it.$30 for perhaps the least relaxing/satisfying pedicure I've ever had.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon! They were super busy, but still helped me right away. Jenny is very kind, very friendly and professional. I've had a gel manicure, and it's honestly the best I've ever had. Jenny really took her time to make my nails look beautiful. Thank you so much, Jenny!
