I'm so pleased I choose Perfect Au pair for this amazing experience. Melissa is such a nice person and incredible mum, she took care of me and hosted me in her house when I needed a place to stay. She will provide an orientation once you will arrive in Australia which is really helpful and organize some monthly lunch meetings where you can meet other au pair too! Melissa at Perfect Au Pairs was spectacular; she worked very quickly to place me with a family in Australia, she was extremely helpful and informative with my profile and paperwork and was quick to reply despite the time difference. When Perfect Au Pairs found me, I was a bit of an anxious, despondent mess after having a particularly horrible experience. Melissa listened to me cry down the phone and listened to my woeful emails, she reassured me we would sort something out quickly.On top of that, I was extremely stressed about the placement fee, but Melissa's fees are sooooo reasonable and affordable.Next thing I know, Melissa has forwarded my flooded inbox with profiles of lovely girls who genuinely want to be a part of my family, and I'm filling out a very easy family application.Melissa checks in with me regularly, emailing, texting and calling with sympathy and advice, taking me through each detail carefully.Within 2 days I'm chatting to 2 lovely girls, and within 3 days I know exactly who I want, and best of all, she loves us too!My past few experiences have been scarring and I was on the verge of giving, but with Melissa's care and support, I am absolutely comfortable of the amazing girl I have coming to join us in 2 weeks.I genuinely cannot express how relieved I am to have dealt with Melissa and her wonderful agency,Ive just headed off to the shops with renewed vigor to find as many little thoughtful things for my new au pair as I can, and eagerly wait for her arrival.

She is very prompt on replying if I had any questions, and she provided a terrific orientation once I arrived to Australia that helped me feel more at ease being in a new country. Melissa is the most amazing person I've met in a long time. When I had some trouble with my family she was always there for me, she supported me in every way possible and saved me when I had to move out by letting me sleep on her couch. She is friendly, energetic and just the perfect person to have around if you ever need support.I am so glad that I had her and that she took care of a lot of my problems for me, she really cares about the wellbeing of every single au pair bad I don't think anyone could do her job better then she does.I'm can't be thankful enough for the things she did to help me and I can recommend her and the agency to everyone who thinks about becoming an au pair in Sydney!
