Have visited Hawkesbury brewing a few times now, from a quick beer, something to eat or take away's. They often have good entertainment including comedians and music. check there social pages for upcoming Giggs. Recommended to everyone.

Will definitely be back. Dropped in for a spur of the moment lunch special. $15. Was greeted by a very friendly barman. Who offered a sample of the beers before ordering. The burgers were absolutely amazing. Far better than some well known mass produced brands. And well priced too. I encourage anyone to come and support a fantastic local business.

Revitalising, fresh, welcomingThe Hawkesbury Brewing Co Tap House is a refreshing establishment to visit on the Central Coast. The wide open area of the establishment primes it for all kinds of events and functions in the future, which may interest a lot of patrons. The Central Coast has some trouble with decent burgers, but I can guarantee you that you won’t have that issue here. The smashed burger is one of my favourite burgers, and the one here is in my top 5. Thankfully the buns are toasted because these absolute units of ingredients need the support. I got a smashed burger with two patties and it was grilled to perfection. The greasiness of the beef, onions, pickles, cheese, ketchup, and mustard might be too overwhelming for some, but to me, it was so succulent that I crave one this instant. The chips are average at best. There’s nothing inherently wrong with them, but they pale in comparison to the quality of the burgers. The beers on tap are great. There is a large assortment of Hawkesbury Brewing Co beers to brand favourites. One criticism is if you want to try something stronger with less sugar, then this establishment is not currently an option for the customer. They don’t provide any non-sugar soda alternatives for mixing. This selection will leave a lot of people missing out. They do provide non-alcoholic beverages if you’re concerned about that. The staff is generally nice and accommodating. They were helpful when I asked questions about the menu and about the range of drinks on tap.The services of The Hawkesbury Brewing Co Tap House are adequate, but they could use some work. There is no convenient way to find a menu on their Facebook page. Facebook gives the option to tag a menu, but the only way to find it is to go through all their photos. I would recommend making an edit to make the menu available from the tab section. This lack of convenience might dissuade newcomers from coming in. I was hesitant to come in without looking at the menu first myself. The website link on their Facebook page is broken, so I wasn’t able to go there to find a menu easily, either. I think this quick fix would help people make up their minds about trying out the tap house, as the items on the menu are appealing. The price for the burgers is fair. I think the quality matches the cost. The burger I got was $15, and that price seemed justified. If you’re not feeling hungry you can get a small smash burger for $8. Chips aren’t included in the burger price, so you’ll have to pay extra if you want those. There is a great lunch special from Monday to Friday between 12 pm and 3 pm. You can get a burger, chips, and a drink for only $15.I’d recommend coming here, even to try it out once. There is room for improvement, but no reason for you not to come down to The Hawkesbury Brewing Co Tap House to try it out for the amazing burgers that they have on offer.

If you want something new, with a great vibe and a community feel, then this is the place for you. THIS PLACE IS HUGE, and caters for all. It has a GREAT selection of beers, spirits, seltzers ginger beer, with more surprises to come. Fantastic, friendly staff. And if your hungry try Jimmy’s smash burger’s, they are the best on the coast.

I was so pleased to stumble across Hawkesbury Brewing on my travels today.I was pleasantly greeted by Sarah and Chloe who offered me a free tasting of any of the beers I wished to try (I tried 6 shhhhh) out of the 24 taps with 13 different beers (3 non alcoholic), their own watermelon Seltzer, and Yowie ginger beer.I thoroughly enjoyed the Pale Ale, Chocolate Stout and the Pacific Ale but by far my favourite was their Hazy.I highly recommended to pay the team at Hawkesbury Brewing a visit, try some beers and leave with some special takeaways.Outstanding service and knowledge of beers by Sarah. I will be coming back with my friends and family.

Fantastic new brewery in Lisarow. Now serving food and expanding the menu as the crowds grow. Free tasting for first time visitors is a great initiative. Weekly special of Burger, chips and schooner of drink for $15... a bargain from 12 noon to 3pm. Excellent facilities and friendly staff.
