Highly recommend! Made a call around 7pm and the snake catcher was at my house 10 minutes later. Thank you for your help! It was very much appreciated.

We had the pleasure of a beautiful looking common carpet snake enter our pool on the weekend and on the Monday morning, it was still there enjoying the top stair and the sun. I contacted Elliot to get his expert opinion in case this was not normal behaviour or if the snake was injured. Elliot called me back very quickly to reassure me it was pretty normal as they do this in preparation of skin shedding and when he saw the photo, he even suggested it could possible be a female and the bulge could be some eggs. Time will tell. Thanks Elliot.

Elliot came round at 2am very promptly after we called him, after the dogs spotted a snake in the yard and wouldnt stop barking!We were panicking and he calmed us down on the phone and told us exactly what to do (regarding dogs, and snake) and caught the snake within minutes of arrival.We are so impressed and will definitely recommend and use him again (hopefully we wont need to!) and are so glad he's 24/7 as we would've gotten no sleep otherwise!

Elliott was fantastically helpful, professional and calm. I had a 2m+ carpet python in our yard this morning and called for some advice. Elliott quickly identified it from a photo as a non venomous snake and left me with the option of leaving it be in peace as it has evidently lived around here happily and quietly for years, is good for other pest control and wasn't aggressive, or removal. I tried my best to make my peace with it but when I lost visuals on it, anxiety got the better of me. I called back later and Elliott arrived within in 10 minutes (southside) and carefully, calmly and efficiently caught it for relocation. He was very knowlegeable and evidently cares for wildlife. Thank you, Elliott. If we have another snake or fauna in need of removal, you're my first call.

Nice guy, good customer focus, answered call promptly, gave accurate arrival time, reconfirmed when leaving previous location to come to mine, caught and bagged the snake gently but quickly and efficiently, shared snake knowledge like a true enthusiast. Hope I don’t have another snake visit but if I do I’ll definitely call Elliott again. Recommended highly.
