Australia Post - Bittern LPO

New couple who own/run bittern p.o. Are fantastic... went out of their way to help have an oversized parcel be delivered to the post office and were happy hold it for me until I picked it up... 110% improvement on the previous owners... hope they stay and community gets behind them

New owners are so lovely , helpful.Changed over to them now and couldn't be happier.

The owners are truly part of the community. They bend over backwards to meet the needs of their customers. A great post office to visit.

Great new owners,dry cleaning service handy,opening Saturdays is a good idea for full time workers.

UPDATE: Bittern Post Office now has new owners, lovely couple who are so pleasant to deal with, efficient and friendly. The shop is clean and fresh, the stock is kept rotated and current. Haven't had a problem with mail deliveries and they are now opening on a Saturday morning during the peak season, what a brillian move! So nice to have lovely people to deal with again, welcome to Bittern guys :-)If I could give it no stars and submit a review I would. The man that owns/runs this store is rude, comes to the counter on continues his conversation while serving you. The shop smells, the stock has dwindled and looks unkempt. I called to collect parcels, the card said I had 4 to collect, he could only find 3 and said must be wrong" ? What? He wrote the card

I have seen people come and go but the new owners Erin and Jack are awesome and always looking to see how they too can improve the service levels.I sincerely hope the local community gets behind them and makes sure they are here for the long run.Postie Pete

New owners are great! Helpful, friendly & professional. My only slight gripe is the shop being closed on Saturdays, which means I have to travel to Hastings to get stuff done & picking a package up can be challenging. Maybe employ someone to open the shop from 9-12 on Saturdays?
