Good service but poor selection of clothing

I had a lovely experience recently in store. The beginning wasn't so great, as multiple staff were on shift but seemed to avoid me/not greet me or ask me if I needed help! A darker lady (I don't know her name) was very lovely and read my queues. She had a bright personality and made me feel welcomed. Her service was fantastic & it made me feel appreciated! At the end of my visit her treatment towards me made up for my initial experience. In my opinion she changes the environment of the store in a great way!!

I had a brilliant experience at this store with all the shop assistants helping me try to reset my summer wardrobe. I was shopping with my baby and they were really kind to him too. Massive thanks to Sharron!

Great store, always manage to find something great for my wardrobe, staff are nice, though sometimes a bit unhelpful.

Not really a fan of this store, I go in to try things on but wont buy from here anymore. Staff are always too busy chatting to friends or each other. Good sized store rhough, so always plenty of stock to see and try before you buy online

Tried returning a product and the store staff were very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. It is Witchery company policy that you can return a product to any Witchery store with in 14 days. They would not accept the return as the product was purchased at another store. This is very disappointing and quite frankly terrible service

Bought a jacket in the city for my husband and tried to return it at warrangah mall witchery because I was on the northern beaches for the weekend. Witchery returns policy clearly states that ANY product can be returned to ANY store within the 14 day purchase and in the original condition. The manager at the store was extremely rude and unhelpful, wouldn't accept the return, made it look like she was assisting but in the end I had to drive to Chatswood to return the item because 'it's inconvenient' for Witchery to accept items that they don't stock in the store and they don't care about making their customers drive all over the place incurring petrol and toll costs. They don't stick to their policy rules and I will avoid this brand in the future because of their lack of respect for their customers.

We used click and collect and experienced terrible customer service. Not interested in helping us organise to pick it up, and then made us wait around for 20minutes with no explanation or apology.
