Tried to use this service, but the man was rude and provided no options or information. Bad experience that dampened my day and left me still with dirty clothes.

Very unfriendly and unkind but gets the job done I guess. If the person was nice and had better, decent customer service, it would make the experience way better. Even on the phone, the service is rude. Need to add business hours to the web.

Guy wanted $30 per sleeping bag to wash & dry. Thought it was a bit expensive but was in a rush. Once he say that they had a liner he said that he would have to do that seperately and therfore more money. Senns very expensive to me compared to other places I've used, so taken them elsewhere. Was just trying to save a short drive. Guy had a pretty average attitude as well IMO

After reading the previous comments about the owners lack of customer service, I did laugh to myself when dropping some items off to be cleaned. He’s not your chirpy bubbly type of owner but he’s nice and to the point.He doesn’t do dry cleaning but machine washed my duvet and pillows beautifully and the price is reasonable.Also heads up, he doesn’t accept card, cash or bank transfer only.I have really high standards when it comes to laundry and I’d definitely use Parkview Laundrette again.4 stars only due to lack of digital payment (who has cash these days?).

I came to wash few chair pads. I got quick can't do in my machines" which is fair to me. I was curious why so I asked but the gentlemen was angry and almost kicked me out. Very unique service lol"

Well there is a chance they might be okay! But unfortunately hard to tell, as I was basically brushed off when I called, so of course not keen to go and try.EDIT - they are OK actually! had to use it once for quick wash/dry walked in and the owner (I guess) did a pretty good job! still not friendly though :)
