My partner and i came into the store for about 30 minutes and no staff approached either of us for the entire trip. There was 5 staff on and no one seemed approachable.Very disappointing from a former SDS staff member.I would hope staff are spoken to so future customers have a decent experience.

Just bought a skate deck this morning, Got in on sale, So the price was great and the service was awesome. going back to get all my stuff from here from now on.

Poor customer service..everytime I needed a different size..had to get dressed and go back out to look for it..the one lady who was working there (with tats) didnt even bother asking if I needed assistance. When I asked for another size..just replied..what's there!

The worst customer service ever. Unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, then leave.

If I could give 0 rate I would!I have bought an item that was under sale (Almost like all the other items in the shop), I came back 2 hours after and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and offer only store credit/gift card.When I asked why I can't get refunded they told me that items under sale can't be refunded and this is there store policy.To be clear! There is not even one sign in the store to let the customer know about it, such unfair trading. When I said it to the sales lady she told me I should had ask about it, really??? I ask to talk with the store manager, and I have been told be the guy in charge that day that he will be in tomorrow and they opening hours is from 08:00-18:00. I came back and I see the same guy, yeah, the store manager call for a day off. Really??? Btw, the store hours are 09:00-17:30.So I took the gift card eventually, what a disgrace for them.No customer service whatsoever, wouldn't buy there again even if I am going to get paid for it. Suggest you to do the same!

This is an employee appreciation post about Connor from the pagewood store!I’ve been absolute nightmare with my surf dive n ski voucher that I got for my bday a week ago.I had seen a bunch of surfboard leashes that I wanted to buy online and had assumed they had them instore.After being stuffed around by 3 stores, with not knowing what stock they had and just generally being extremely unhelpful - it was Connor to the rescue!He worked out a way to use my gift card in store to order stock from the warehouse (something I had asked 3 other stores to do but for some reason they weren’t willing or able to).He’s a keeper SDS! Don’t let him go!!He was also so cool headed and friendly.

Just wanted to give the manager and staff a big up after my experience today. I have never given a review, but this is worth it!Had some issues with a watch I bought there (velcro band not strong enough to withstand much), and the staff at Surf Dive and Ski Pagewood were mucho pro and sorted it out.
