Poor product knowledge and customer service.The staff here were not knowledgable at all. I came in with a specific card stock that I wanted to print on. The staff here insisted that the stock was heavier than the weight that was printed on the packaging, and that it couldn't go through their machines. They offered up a much lighter, cheaper looking stock, claiming it was the same weight as my stock. They clearly didn't know enough about their products and machines to offer advice or to be confident printing on my supplied stock. On the contrary, the staff at Sn@p printing really knew their stuff, had no qualms about printing on the heavier stock and were able to advise exactly how the toner would interact with the textured surface of the cardstock tht I provided. Great result, jsut not from Kwik Kopy.

Very helpful on the phone and then in person. They were able to customise my document binding needs and have the 4x 80page documents complete in 15 minutes. High quality binding, would definitely recommend their services.

Terrible product knowledge and communication skills, somehow got angry at me even though it was them that messed up. Initially told me they could do same day printing and that I could provide my own paper stock. When I rocked up they informed me they actually can’t print on my own paper and then after waiting around for a while they informed me that it was going to be really expensive to do my job (4 double sided A3 posters) and that they’d be losing money and they have more important things to be doing and that it was my fault to be expecting same day printing :/
