Malanda Falls Caravan Park

What an absolutely delightful place to stay. Wonderful staff. Beautiful grounds. Lovely animal petting zoo. Large areas for kids to run around in. Dog friendly as well. So peaceful and serene. We stayed in a budget unit that was simple but cosy. We'll definitely be going back.P.S. Staff recommended the pizza place up the road. We recommend it as well. Delicious home crafted pizza.

My only complaint is I'm limited to 5*! It's worth so many more.The young lady at reception was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.Best campsite I've been to in Queensland!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

A peaceful park where kids could roam safely! Our site was top of the oval and so kids could run and kick a ball, and visit the animals, play ping pong, all within eyesight. The falls are fenced/gated off and just a 2min walk. Council is doing some work on the public side of the falls which will give easy access to the pool under the falls. No swimming for us as it was a cold snap! Facilities basic but clean and well maintained and staff very friendly and accommodating. Site cost very affordable & fire pits available ($10/n) but bring a hatchet to split the wood! Would love to see some farm eggs & other local produce for sale in the office. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful little park, great amenities and the animals are a huge hit for the kids. A playground would be a perfect addition, but there is an amazing park in the town centre close by.

We a family of three and two dogs stayed here for 3 nights in a camper trailer January 2023. The staff were friendly, down to earth and helpful. There are some lovely farm animals to feed and watch and the grounds were beautiful and surrounded by nature. Lovely and relaxing place right next to Malanda Falls.

A lovely park with all the amenities you require.There's even a area with animals and chickens to feed, purchase food at reception. Short walk to the falls, and if you're lucky you may spot the Tree Kangaroo like we did. Enjoy this Park.

We are camping. Grass is good. Toilets and kitchen fine. Good value for money. Next to the waterfall. Quiet. Animal farm for rug rats to enjoy.

Stayed at Malanda Falls Caravan park in November and absolutely loved it. The wee farm animals were a really cute addition and overall the park has a friendly, relaxed and respectful vibe. If you're worried about paying $4 a load for the washer and dryer please don't think twice - the machines worked super well and were pretty quick (which is great because it didn't eat into holiday time too much). While we were here we left the van parked at the site and walked to town (the pub is sensational!) and to the falls and info centre. This is a great spot to stop for a few days and relax (and look for tree kangaroos). I very much want to go back!

Great park, big cleared grassy area surrounded by rainforest trees. Goats and ducks and mini horse for kids to look at. Friendly staff

For peace and quiet, other than the wonderful bird calls and the sound of the falls. Ladies ablutions need a high pressure hose. Wash machines dryers 4 x $1 each. Otherwise highly recommended. The council have built a pool for a refreshing swim under the water falls. Lovely little town as well.
