Terrible after sales service. I bought a power rider ebike from them and developed an issue with the battery 2 years later. They declined to service the issue and told me to look on youtube or find a locksmith. Rude and unhelpful aftersales serivoce.

I travelled some considerable distance to visit this business but found nothing there. The building appeared to not be in use, the doors were locked and there were certainly no bikes being sold.

I bought the Powerider Targa from their agent based on the Gold Coast, Queensland last year. When I wanted to contact the agent as I was having some issues with the bike this year (still under warranty), I was told the agent no longer sells the product which left me stuck.I then contacted Jimmy from Justride Melbourne who was quick to response and guided me through the self repair process. In the end, as the matter could not be resolve by me, Jimmy paid out of his own pocket to courier (both ways) my bike back to Melbourne for servicing. The bike was promptly fixed and I have been riding it since with no issues with no out of pocket expenses.I highly recommend dealing with Jimmy as he has been professional throughout the process. The bike is of a high quality and rides well. I wish him the best in getting a Queensland agent in future.
