Contact urban stone this morning to make sure the review I am writing is correct. This is the third contact with the company since friday 31 March 3 days ago. On Friday I was delivered pavers for my new courtyard. I am using a paving contractor. I requested through the contractor charcoal pavers and received light grey,As soon as I returned from work and saw the colour was wrong, which was only a few hours after delivery, the paver was contacted. He tried to return for the correct colour but was told there was a no return policy because he had agreed to the colour , not me. My daughter then contacted the company and was told the same thing from a very rude sales assistant. I contacted them this morning same response. Every company has a return policy if the product is unpacked still sitting on the pellets. This is bad for tradesman and customs especially when it was in the same day. And mistakes do get made. Make sure you never make the wrong choice from urban stone

Craig & one of his counter parts couldn't be more helpful. I mentioned my brick layers name & got my blocks a bit cheaper. To save the trouble Craig organised the pallet of blocks to be taken to my trailer. Great friendly customer service. Products are sound. Recommend to anyone.
