Rough enough is good enough despite explaining what you are after from the get go.A few excuses along the way coupled with much silence. Blow outs in cost, quality and the bosses mouth too if you’re game to give feedback or expect better. 3 tries and I’m off elsewhere.Staff seem friendly and helpful overall but confident not much emphasis put on quality control or empowering the team to resolve anything that does arise.

Just spent the evening looking at the horrible work from fire power customs. Disgraceful..... Being someone that sells themselves as a car enthusiast he should be ashamed of himself. Wouldn’t let him touch my toddlers tricycle, and service is none existent, good luck to the rest of his victims.

Very professional and good attention to details. Steve is very good at metal and panel work. They kept me informed as work was carried out, including photos. They also contacted me with any other issues that came up before doing the work. Thanks Steve and Shane.

My husband and I have been customers of Firepower Customs and Classics a few times over the last few months with different car troubles. Most recently, three days before Christmas when my car was taken off the road due to serious mechanical issues. Thinking I would be unable to find a mechanic to book in my car so close to Christmas, I rang Firepower in the hope of booking it in ASAP after the Christmas break. Upon speaking to Shane and Peter about the issues with my car, they insisted on booking my car in immediately so that My family wouldn’t be without a car for Christmas. Within 2 hours my car had been towed to Firepower, was being looked over by their team of mechanics and parts were being ordered. My car was back on the road in less than 24 hours and has never driven better.
