I’ve been shopping at this Swarovski ever since I moved to Canberra. The whole team is charismatic, and passionate about their work. Jules in particular is always so bright, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience. Her product knowledge and passion shows every time I come into the store, even if I don’t go in wanting to buy something. She always make me feel so welcome and more than just a customer. With staff like Jules it’s always a pleasure to come back.

Unfortunately the Asian female staff only wanted to serve people from their own background it appeared when I was in there. Felt quite rude and like I didn't belong in the store.

Disgusting customer service.Myself and my partner were the only people in the shop with three staff, all backs turned to us and playing on their phones and chatting with each other. Completely ignored us entering, while waiting for assistance and leaving.Will not be coming back to this store and strongly recommend anyone to avoid.High levels of customer service are essential, clearly the operators of Swarovski Canberra Central couldn't care less judging by previous comments of the same staff.
