Great staff and Doctors especially Dr Vicky Steil

Doctors don’t explain costs honestly when asked for something done to find a shock when finished with an escalated price, not happy to pay more than the quoted amount.When questioned the amount to the receptionist advising I was quoted an entirely different price only moments ago by the Doctor they were very rude talking down to me making out that I was lying and raising her voice on purpose to making my procedure known to all the other patients waiting to try embarrass me, so pathetic! Not what you expect from somebody in the medical industry. Will be taking my family elsewhere because if this rude and disrespectful lady.Beware of the staff at the front desk and get the price in writing from the doctor to avoid the receptionists giving you a shock with their lies & deception.Otherwise surgery is clean, Doctors are nice and competent, and Nurse is great... but honesty and manners is a huge issue.

Dear Dr BrennanI would like to thank you and your staff for your assistance and your consideration last Friday.My situation (with my eye)was concerning as i was due to go overseas on Sunday.You and your staff squeezed me in late in the day ( on a Friday) and then you contacted Dr Ong the ophthalmologist to see if he was still working and asked if he would squeeze me in,which he did at 6 pm on a Friday.All of this ,at such short notice was a tremendous effort which someone less caring would not have made the effort to do.I feel extraordinarily fortunate under the prevailing time and circumstances to have been treated so professionally and so kindly.yours sincerelyRobert Keir
